First, the TikToker recommended addressing the source of drafts in your home.

“Make sure you have these seals between the gaps of your doors and windows to ensure you don’t get any air coming through,” Raz said, showing viewers her own windows.

She also advised her followers to layer up while they’re lounging at home.
