MOSCOW, Idaho – The legal team for the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students can now resume surveying potential jurors.
According to new court documents, Judge John Judge ruled the defense can now continue conducting surveys. Judge’s decision was made a few weeks after placing a temporary pause on them while he considered whether this violated the court’s non-dissemination order.
