This development in the case comes after suspect Bryan Kohberger issued his concrete alibi to the court on Wednesday.
MOSCOW, Idaho — New court documents have introduced a motion from the prosecutor prohibiting Bryan Kohberger’s defense team from contacting prospective jurors about the murder case without permission from the court.
The motion was introduced before a heated hearing on Wednesday, April 10, where both sides argued whether suspect Bryan Kohberger’s attorneys violated a gag order after a trial consultant they hired asked questions of potential jurors in Latah County.
According to newly filed documents, the consultant asked potential jurors the following questions:
- Have you read, seen, or heard if Bryan Kohberger was arrested at his parents’ home in Pennsylvania?
- Have you read, seen or heard if police found a knife sheath on the bed next to one of the victims?
