SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Walmart stores across the country are banding together to help raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network through food. Monday morning, a food truck was parked in front of one South Bend location to offer its tasty menu to hungry shoppers.
The food truck event is part of a nationwide fundraiser for the network, which supports children’s hospitals nationwide, like Riley Hospital for Children.
Different food trucks will be parked in front of the West Ireland Road Walmart through the end of the month to support the cause.
On Monday, shoppers were treated to the menu from Smothered and Covered Fries and More.
The Rico Suave taco truck will be outside the store on Thursday from noon to 6 p.m.
