If the unofficial results of Tuesday’s runoff election remain true, then Anchorage will have a new mayor. Suzanne LaFrance is currently leading incumbent Dave Bronson.
More than 150 volunteers and staff took to the streets Tuesday in the final hours before polls closed and the ballot dropbox deadline ends encouraging voters to elect former Anchorage Assembly Chair Suzanne LaFrance to become the next mayor of Anchorage, said Katie Scovic, LaFrance’s campaign manager.
