MOSCOW, ID. — The Court has ruled that the defense of the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students cannot contact prospective jurors without getting permission from the Court.
Bryan Kohberger was back in a Latah County courtroom last week as attorneys argued over a phone survey of potential jurors, conducted by the defense team.
