Hayden Hatten looks to become first Vandal drafted since 2019 [Video]

The last Idaho Vandal taken in the NFL Draft was Kaden Elliss in 2019.

MOSCOW, Idaho — Hayden Hatten re-wrote the record books at Idaho as a wide receiver. Now, he hopes to become the first Vandal taken in the NFL draft since Kaden Elliss in 2019.

Hatten accomplished about all that he could as a Vandal, breaking the program’s record for career receiving touchdowns with 33. He also finished second all-time in receiving yards with 3,449 and receptions with 244.

Hatten said he’s spoken with multiple teams and thinks he has a shot a being drafted. From the feedback he’s gotten, it sounds like it will be in the later rounds. Either way, he’d be thrilled to be one of the 257 players taken.
