Italy’s Deputy PM, Matteo Salvini, accused French President Emmanuel Macron of endangering Europe by refusing to rule out sending Western ground troops to Ukraine. Salvini’s far-right League party is a member of Italian PM Giorgia Meloni’s coalition government.
