Reform UK fury over lack of England flags in London on St George’s Day | Politics | News [Video]

Richard Tice bemoaned a “lack of patriotism” after there were no flags on an iconic street in central London for St George’s Day.

The Reform UK leader said he was “astounded” there were no St George’s Cross flags on display when he visited Regent Street earlier today except for on private premises.

Mr Tice said: “I am astounded at the complete lack of patriotism in the heart of the nation’s capital.

“The authorities are all too eager to celebrate other events, which I support, but what about celebrating our national day with a sense of pride in our history and heritage?

“The local councils, the quangocrats and the government are weak and wet; they’re not proud of England. Only Reform UK will stand up for our great country.”
